Owner/Partner

Greg opened the Padgett Business Services Billings office in 2005. After receiving a Bachelor's degree in Finance from Arizona State University, Greg spent many years in Financial Management at the executive level in the hospitality and cable television industries. His entrepreneurial spirit led him to Padgett, where he embraced the challenges of growing his own company. For Greg, the most rewarding aspect of operating Padgett is the ability to help our clients succeed, whether through management of their own businesses, or by providing assistance with corporate and individual income tax matters.

Greg and his wife Gina have been married for nearly 30 years and have two grown children, Tyler and Kirstin. When not at the office, Greg enjoys skiing, camping, and many other activities in the Montana outdoors.

Senior Accounting Manager

Rebekah has an Associate's Degree and has taken additional specialized courses in Accounting from Montana State University – Billings. She joined Padgett in 2014 and brought with her an extensive background in office administration and customer service. Rebekah plays a critical role in our office's success with a decade's worth of experience in payroll and bookkeeping, and over eight years' experience in tax preparation. Outside of work, she spends her time cheering her kids on at their sports functions and skiing during the winter months.

Staff Accountant/Operations Manager

Fawna took medical undergraduate courses at Montana State University – Billings before changing her career path to office administration. Born and raised in Montana, Fawna joined Padgett in 2017 and has over eight years of experience in bookkeeping and payroll. Her deep connection to our clients and commitment to their success has cemented her as an irreplaceable asset to the Padgett team. Outside of work, Fawna enjoys spending time with family and friends, watching her son play baseball, camping, fishing, and being in the great outdoors.

Staff Accountant/Tax Preparer

Jordan graduated from Montana State University - Billings in Spring of 2025 with a Bachelor's of Science in Business Administration and Accounting. She joined Padgett in 2022, and she has become a fast expert in bookkeeping, payroll, and tax preparation. Jordan brought to Padgett an extensive background in bookkeeping and accounts receivable, as well as two years of service in the high-intensity environment of the Billings Police Department. Jordan's precision and confidence in her work makes her a perfect fit at Padgett. In her spare time, she is passionate about sports photography, creating personalized crafts, supporting her husband and children in their activities, and spending time with her family.

Office Administration

Ranna attended Sheridan College in Sheridan, WY where she studied Fine Arts. She joined the Padgett Team in 2021 and is our staff's go-to-gal to get things done. She brings to the table a well-rounded and diverse set of skills, making her an essential member of our team. She is an accomplished artist, and in addition to her creative pursuits, also enjoys reading, camping and being with close friends and family.

Office Administration

Charlotte attended Montana State University – Billings. She joined Padgett in 2026, bringing more than seven years of office administration experience. She is dedicated to creating a positive experience for clients and ensuring the office operates efficiently and smoothly. While away from work, Charlotte enjoys fishing, camping, long road trips, and spending time with her family.
